Happy August, everyone!
So many exciting things are happening this month!
First, the big one: The Furever Home Friends will be releasing on August 11! That's a week from this Friday! How exciting! On that day, paperback books will be available to buy on Amazon! Details on hardcovers, and on which stores will be stocking the books, to follow soon.
Following that will be our launch party on August 19 at Open Books! It will be from 2-4 pm, so if you're in or near Chicago, be sure to stop by! Allee will be there! Guys, we will be having a DOG at the book signing! It doesn't get better than that!!!
At the end of the month, Young Urban Productions will be participating in Chicago's 48-hour film festival! That festival runs from August 25-27, so do not expect to hear from me at all that weekend, as I will be busy making movies with my buds.
I'm super excited for this busy August--especially because, once September hits, I'm going to be a totally new kind of busy! In addition to marketing The Furever Home Friends, working on new YA novels, blogging, and making new videos, I'll be teaching again, since the school year is starting back up! PLUS, at the end of September, I'm getting married! Woah! That sure snuck up fast!
So, August and September are both going to be super busy months, jam-packed with amazing things that I can't wait to do! As they say in The Lego Movie, "Everything is awesome!"
