Pop Art Chewie

Last weekend, I did one of those things where you go to a painting class and everyone drinks wine. Do those classes have a name? It's like a classroom version of a Bob Ross party.

For the record, I did not drink wine while I was painting. That would've been way too difficult. I did drink coffee, though, because I can't do any task at all without drinking coffee at the same time.

While I was there, I painted a picture of my baby, Chewie! I decided to have some fun with it. Chewie has an Instagram, as many of you know. The Internet is already full of photos of Chewie's cute little face. So I decided that, instead of doing another photorealistic rendition of him, I'd interpret him a little differently.

I hope this picture did a good job of bringing out Chewie's personality. He's a bright star, always demanding your attention with his vibrant disposition.
